India's Premier Social Media Platform for Classical Performing Arts, Culture & Heritage

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Kalinga Vriti, a social media platform dedicated to Indian Classical Performing Arts, Culture, and Heritage (hereinafter referred to as the 'Platform'), owned and operated by Qyrex Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Balasore, Odisha, India (hereinafter referred to as 'Kalinga Vriti', 'the Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').

These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'you', 'your') and Kalinga Vriti governing your access to and use of the Platform, including the website (www.kalingavriti.com), mobile application, APIs, and all related services. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Policy, Sponsorship Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

IMPORTANT: BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are a valid and enforceable electronic contract under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your affirmative action in clicking 'I Agree', registering an account, or continuing to use the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

'Platform': The Kalinga Vriti website, mobile application, APIs, and all related digital services operated by Qyrex Technologies Pvt Ltd.

'Services': All features, tools, functionalities, and offerings provided through the Platform, including content streaming, creator tools, event management, ticketing, sponsorship matching, marketplace, e-learning, and advertising.

'User': Any individual or entity (including artists, learners, cultural institutions, sponsors, event organisers, and visitors) who accesses or uses the Platform.

'Registered User': A User who has created and holds an active account on the Platform.

'Creator' or 'Artist': A Registered User who uploads, publishes, performs, or monetises cultural content on the Platform.

'Content': Any material uploaded, posted, published, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, photographs, text, articles, comments, live performances, event listings, and course material.

'User Content': Any Content that is submitted, uploaded, or otherwise made available by a User through the Platform.

'Platform Content': Content owned, created, or licensed by Kalinga Vriti and made available on the Platform.

'Prohibited Content': Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the Community Guidelines.

'Account': A registered account created by a User to access the Platform's features.

'Subscription': A paid membership plan offering access to premium features on the Platform.

'Applicable Laws': All applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines of India, including the IT Act, 2000, IT Intermediary Rules, 2021, DPDP Act, 2023, Indian Contract Act, 1872, Copyright Act, 1957, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other laws applicable to the Platform's operations.

'Grievance Officer': The officer designated by Kalinga Vriti under the IT Intermediary Guidelines, 2021 to handle User complaints.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals below the age of 18 ('minors') may use the Platform only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, in compliance with Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ('DPDP Act') and the DPDP Rules, 2025. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.

WARNING: If you are below 18 years of age and are registering without verifiable parental consent, your account may be suspended and permanently deleted upon discovery. Kalinga Vriti bears no liability for false age declarations.

3.2 Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an Account. During registration, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

Create only one personal account (multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted without express authorisation).

Not register using a false identity, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with third parties.

Notify us immediately at info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com of any suspected unauthorised use of your account.

Kalinga Vriti reserves the right to verify the identity of any User and to reject, suspend, or terminate any account that fails to meet eligibility requirements or violates these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. Kalinga Vriti shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES

Kalinga Vriti is a culture-tech social media platform exclusively dedicated to promoting, preserving, and monetising India's classical performing arts heritage. The Platform provides the following categories of Services:

Social Networking and Content Sharing: Uploading, sharing, and discovering classical arts videos, audio, photographs, and written content.

Live Streaming: Real-time broadcasting of classical performances, workshops, and cultural events.

Creator Monetisation Tools: Subscriptions, digital downloads, merchandise, event ticketing, and fan support features (e.g., 'Guru Dakshina').

Educational Platform (Guru-Shishya Network): Online and hybrid learning modules connecting Gurus with Shishyas for classical arts tutelage.

Event Management and Ticketing: Creation, promotion, and management of physical and virtual cultural events.

Institutional SaaS Tools: Specialised tools for cultural institutions, academies, and government bodies.

Cultural Tourism and Residency Listings: Promoting heritage-linked travel and artistic residency programmes.

Kalinga Vriti acts as an Intermediary as defined under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and as a Social Media Intermediary under Rule 2(w) of the IT Intermediary Guidelines, 2021. The Company does not curate, endorse, or take responsibility for User Content except as provided in these Terms.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT

5.1 General Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Comply with all Applicable Laws, including the IT Act, 2000, Copyright Act, 1957, Indian Penal Code, 1860 (as applicable), Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the DPDP Act, 2023.

Respect the cultural integrity, heritage, and dignity of all classical art forms represented on the Platform.

Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.

Not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

Not use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it.

Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any other system connected to the Platform.

Not use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access the Platform without prior written consent from Kalinga Vriti.

Immediately report any unlawful, objectionable, or suspicious content to Kalinga Vriti via the in-Platform 'Report' feature or by emailing info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com.

5.2 Community Standards

Kalinga Vriti is a platform rooted in the values of India's classical arts tradition — respect, inclusivity, learning, and cultural pride. Users must:

Treat all fellow Users, Artists, Gurus, institutions, and cultural traditions with dignity and respect.

Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind.

Not misrepresent classical art forms, Guru-Shishya lineages, or cultural traditions in a misleading or defamatory manner.

Not appropriate or misrepresent classical art forms to which they have no legitimate connection without proper disclosure.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

The following categories of content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, account termination, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

6.1 Content Prohibited Under Indian Law

Obscene content (Section 67, IT Act, 2000) — imprisonment up to 5 years.

Sexually explicit content (Section 67A, IT Act, 2000) — imprisonment up to 7 years.

Child sexual abuse material or content depicting minors in any sexual manner (Section 67B, IT Act, 2000; POCSO Act, 2012) — imprisonment up to 7 years.

Content that violates bodily privacy (Section 66E, IT Act, 2000).

Defamatory, libelous, or maliciously false statements about individuals or organisations.

Content that incites violence, communal disharmony, or is prejudicial to national security or sovereignty (Sections 124A, 153A, 295A, IPC as applicable or equivalent provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023).

Content that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right under the Copyright Act, 1957 or Trademarks Act, 1999.

Personal information of another individual shared without their consent ('doxing').

6.2 Platform-Specific Prohibitions

Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or mass promotional content not authorised by Kalinga Vriti.

Fake profiles, impersonation of Artists, Gurus, cultural institutions, or public figures.

Deepfake or AI-generated content that misrepresents or defames real artists or cultural traditions without disclosure.

Misinformation or false claims about classical art forms, historical events, or cultural heritage.

Content designed to defraud Users, solicit money under false pretences, or engage in pyramid schemes.

Posting irrelevant, off-topic, or non-classical arts content on designated classical arts channels (as defined in Platform Community Guidelines).

Engaging in vote manipulation, artificial engagement inflation, or any other deceptive platform behaviour.

Uploading content that promotes competing platforms in a manner that damages Kalinga Vriti's reputation.

Any activity that would compromise the safety, security, or integrity of the Platform or its Users.

WARNING: Kalinga Vriti is required by law to remove any Prohibited Content upon receipt of actual knowledge, a valid court order, or a direction from the Government of India or its authorised agencies. Failure to comply with such directions may result in the loss of our safe harbour protection under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENCE

7.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain all intellectual property rights and ownership in the User Content you upload to the Platform, subject to these Terms. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have all necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to upload, publish, and grant the licence described below.

Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.

You have obtained the written consent of all identifiable individuals featured in your User Content.

Your User Content does not contain any Prohibited Content as defined in Section 6.

7.2 Licence Granted to Kalinga Vriti

By uploading or publishing User Content on the Platform, you grant Kalinga Vriti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes only, e.g., compression/format conversion), display, perform, distribute, and promote your User Content solely for the purposes of:

Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

Displaying your Content to other Users as intended by the Platform.

Promoting your Content and the Platform through Kalinga Vriti's own marketing channels (with appropriate attribution to you as the Creator).

Complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

This licence does not grant Kalinga Vriti the right to sell your User Content to third parties or to create derivative works for commercial exploitation without your separate written consent. This licence terminates when you delete your Content or close your Account, subject to any legal holds or prior distributions.

7.3 Platform Content

All content owned or licensed by Kalinga Vriti — including the Platform's design, logos, interface, curated content, and proprietary tools — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform Content without our prior written consent.

7.4 Classical Arts Heritage Content

Kalinga Vriti recognises that certain classical arts content may be part of India's shared cultural heritage. Users are encouraged to document, preserve, and share such content responsibly. The Company supports the documentation of traditional and folk art forms in accordance with UNESCO's conventions on intangible cultural heritage. However, personal performances and creative interpretations remain the intellectual property of the performing Artist.

8. CREATOR AND ARTIST TERMS

8.1 Creator Eligibility

Any Registered User may apply for Creator status. To be eligible as a Creator on Kalinga Vriti, you must:

Be 18 years of age or above.

Have uploaded a minimum number of classical arts content pieces as specified in the Creator Programme Guidelines (updated from time to time).

Complete KYC verification (submission of valid government-issued identity and bank/UPI details) for monetisation features.

Agree to the Creator Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Represent that all content you upload genuinely relates to Indian classical performing arts, culture, or heritage.

8.2 Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, originality, and quality of their Content.

Creators must accurately represent their classical art form, training lineage (Gharana/Sampradaya), and credentials. Misrepresentation of artistic credentials is a ground for account termination.

Creators who offer paid courses, workshops, or consultations are responsible for delivering the promised service.

Creators must comply with all applicable tax obligations (including GST and income tax) on their Platform earnings. Kalinga Vriti will provide TDS certificates and platform earnings statements as required by law.

Creators acknowledge that their public profile, performance content, and approved artist information may be used in Platform promotional materials.

8.3 Guru-Shishya (Teacher-Student) Network

Kalinga Vriti provides a specialised Guru-Shishya network tool to facilitate authentic teacher-student relationships in classical arts. Use of this feature is subject to mutual consent of both parties, and Users must not misuse it for spam, unsolicited solicitation, or fraudulent endorsements of lineage or training.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Kalinga Vriti's IP

All intellectual property in the Platform — including the 'Kalinga Vriti' name and logo, 'Qyrex Technologies' trademarks, the Platform's design, software, databases, algorithms, and proprietary cultural curation systems — is owned by or licensed to Qyrex Technologies Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Kalinga Vriti's intellectual property.

9.2 Copyright Infringement — Notice and Takedown

In compliance with Section 52A and Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957, Kalinga Vriti has established a Notice and Takedown procedure for copyright infringement claims. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com containing:

Your name, contact details, and a declaration that you are the copyright owner or authorised representative.

Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed.

Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (URL or sufficient description).

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, Kalinga Vriti will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the affected Creator. Repeat copyright infringers are subject to account termination under our Repeat Infringer Policy.

9.3 Digital Rights Management (DRM)

Premium and paywalled Creator content may be protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology. Circumvention of DRM measures is strictly prohibited under Section 65A of the Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended in 2012) and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy (available at www.kalingavriti.com/privacy-policy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025, and the IT SPDI Rules, 2011.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your rights as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act — including the right to access, correct, erase, and withdraw consent — are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT: In case of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms with respect to data protection matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by accessing Account Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon account closure, your public profile and User Content will be removed from the Platform within 30 days (subject to legal holds). Account closure does not entitle you to any refund of paid subscription fees for the current billing period.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by Kalinga Vriti

Kalinga Vriti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and/or your access to any or all Services, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Upload or sharing of Prohibited Content.

Repeated copyright infringement (Repeat Infringer Policy).

Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct on the Platform.

Failure to meet KYC or identity verification requirements.

A court order or direction from a government authority requiring Account termination.

Non-payment of applicable fees (for Advertisers and premium service users).

Any activity that poses a risk to the safety or security of the Platform or other Users.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 14, 19, 20, and 21) shall survive. Kalinga Vriti shall have no liability to you for any termination made in good faith pursuant to these Terms.

12. CONTENT MODERATION AND TAKEDOWN

In compliance with the IT Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, Kalinga Vriti implements the following content moderation practices:

Acknowledgement of Grievances: All reported content grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.

Removal Timelines: Non-consensual intimate content or content that exposing a person's private area will be removed within 24 hours of a valid complaint. Other Prohibited Content will be removed within 36 hours of actual knowledge.

User Notification: Creators whose content is removed will be notified of the reason for removal and informed of the appeals process.

Appeals Process: Creators may appeal content removal decisions by submitting an appeal to info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com within 15 days of the removal notification.

Government and Court Orders: Kalinga Vriti will comply with any content removal order issued by a competent court or authorised government agency in accordance with applicable law.

Proactive Moderation: We may proactively identify and remove content that clearly violates our Community Guidelines using both automated tools and human review.

Grievance Appellate Committee: Users may appeal unresolved grievances to the Government of India's Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) as established under the IT Intermediary Rules, 2021.

13. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Platform Provided 'As-Is'

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS. KALINGA VRITI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR.

13.2 No Endorsement of User Content

Kalinga Vriti does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content, Creator credentials, event descriptions, sponsorship offers, or third-party content on the Platform. Users rely on such content at their own risk.

13.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable:

Kalinga Vriti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Kalinga Vriti shall not be liable for any damage arising from: (a) User Content; (b) third-party conduct on the Platform; (c) technical failures, outages, or maintenance; (d) unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain account security; or (e) events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

IMPORTANT: Nothing in this Section shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Indian law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kalinga Vriti, Qyrex Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Platform or Services.

Your User Content, including any claim that your User Content infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

Your violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any Applicable Laws.

Your misrepresentation of your identity, credentials, or authority.

Any transaction or agreement you enter into with another User, Creator, Sponsor, or Event Organiser through the Platform.

Kalinga Vriti reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with our defence of such claim.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations.

15.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first make a genuine good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of the initial written notice.

15.3 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or, in the absence of agreement, appointed by the appropriate court in Kolkata. The place of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

15.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Data Protection Board of India for matters arising under the DPDP Act, 2023, all disputes that are not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Balasore, Odisha, India.

15.5 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain the right to approach the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for consumer disputes, as applicable.

16. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

16.1 Grievance Officer

In compliance with Rule 3(2) of the IT Intermediary Guidelines, 2021 and Section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023, Kalinga Vriti has designated a Grievance Officer with the following contact details:

16.2 Grievance Process and Timelines

Step 1 — Submission: Submit your complaint in writing to info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com or through the 'Report / Help' feature on the Platform.

Step 2 — Acknowledgement: All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.

Step 3 — Resolution: Complaints will be resolved and a response communicated within 15 days for most matters, and within 72 hours for urgent matters (e.g., non-consensual intimate content) as required by the IT Intermediary Rules, 2021.

Step 4 — Appeals: If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's resolution, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) constituted by the Government of India under Rule 3A of the IT Intermediary Rules, 2021.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Kalinga Vriti reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, to reflect changes in applicable law, our business model, or the Platform's features. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you by:

Prominent notice on the Platform (website and mobile app) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Email notification to your registered email address for material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations.

An updated 'Effective Date' at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised provisions, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

IMPORTANT: The most current version of these Terms will always be available at www.kalingavriti.com/terms-of-service.

18. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Policy, Advertising Policy, Sponsorship Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kalinga Vriti with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Indian law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

No waiver by Kalinga Vriti of any breach or default of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, and shall not affect the other terms of these Terms.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Kalinga Vriti. Kalinga Vriti may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior written notice to you.

18.5 Force Majeure

Kalinga Vriti shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, war, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, internet service provider failures, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

18.6 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Kalinga Vriti may, at its discretion, publish translated versions of these Terms for the convenience of Users in different language regions of India.

18.7 Notices

All notices or communications to Kalinga Vriti under these Terms must be made in writing and sent to info@kalingavriti.in, Kalingavriti@gmail.com or to the Company's registered address. Notices to Users will be sent to the registered email address associated with your Account.
